Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m / 4,593 ft)
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you'll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Rest and prepare for your adventure in Nepal.

Embark on a guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley, visiting iconic sites like Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Enjoy some free time for exploration and shopping in Thamel

Day 3
Helicopter Flight to Lukla (2,840 m / 9,318 ft), Trek to Phakding (2,610 m / 8,563 ft), 3-4 hours
Begin your journey with a scenic helicopter flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Then, trek along the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding.
Continue trekking along the Dudh Koshi, crossing suspension bridges adorned with prayer flags. Enter Sagarmatha National Park and ascend to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant gateway to Everest.

Day 5
Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar, 4-5 hours
Take a day to acclimatize in Namche Bazaar, enjoying short treks for stunning Himalayan views and exploring the lively town.
day 6
Trek to Pangboche (3,930 m / 12,893 ft), 6-7 hours
Resume your trek with views of the Dudh Koshi and towering mountains. Pass through Tengboche Monastery before reaching Pangboche village.
Day 7
Trek to Dingboche (4,410 m / 14,469 ft), 6-7 hours
Continue uphill to Dingboche, enjoying panoramic views of Lhotse, Island Peak, and Ama Dablam along the way.

Another day for acclimatization. Take a trip to Chhukung valley via the Imja Khola valley for spectacular mountain vistas before returning to Dingboche.

Day 9
Continue trekking along the Khumbu Glacier, passing memorials for climbers. Reach Lobuche, a small settlement at the foot of Lobuche peak.

Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m / 17,598 ft), Return to Gorak Shep (5,140 m / 16,864 ft), 8-9 hours
day 10
Embark on a challenging trek to Everest Base Camp, marveling at the Khumbu Icefall. Return to Gorak Shep for the night
Day 11
Hike to Kalapatthar (5,555 m / 18,221 ft), Trek to Pheriche (4,240 m / 13,910 ft), 7-8 hours
Climb Kalapatthar for stunning mountain panoramas before descending to Pheriche village.
day 12
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,286 ft), 5-6 hours
Descend through Tengboche Monastery and back to Namche Bazaar, where you can reflect on your journey.
Day 13
Trek to Lukla (2,840 m / 9,318 ft), 6-7 hours
Return to Lukla, enjoying the final stretch of your trek and celebrating your achievements.

Fly back to Kathmandu on a helicopter and enjoy some leisure time or opt for additional activities like shopping or exploring the city.

Our standard itinerary includes breakfast in Kathmandu. During the trek, you'll receive three standard meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Guesthouses follow international food safety guidelines and offer various food options, including dal-bhat-tarkari (Boiled rice & lentil soup served with vegetable curry and some pickles), bread, eggs, noodles, soups, and pastries. We recommend vegetarian meals for the trip.
Garlic is common in the menu to aid acclimatization, and each meal includes a hot drink. You can buy extra drinks, soda, candies, or cookies at your expense.
At the conclusion of the trip, we to bid you farewell with a complimentary farewell dinner at a local Nepali restaurant in Kathmandu.
